At two months after open rhinoplasty and septoplasty, this patient is already showing a smoother nasal profile and improved overall nasal shape following correction of a dorsal nasal deformity. The procedure included dorsal reduction, osteotomies, and inferior turbinate reduction. Because these photos were taken relatively early in the healing process, some swelling is still expected, and the nose will continue to refine as healing progresses.
