This patient is shown one and a half years after nasal reconstruction with Dr. Payne following a severe facial injury. The reconstruction restored the structure and function of the nose while improving facial balance, resulting in a durable, stable outcome. Continued healing over time has allowed the reconstructed tissues and scars to mature further.
