This patient is shown five months after Le Fort I maxillary advancement and bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) mandibular setback with Dr. Payne. The procedure improved facial balance by advancing the upper jaw and repositioning the lower jaw, creating a more harmonious profile, enhanced facial symmetry, and a stable, functional bite as healing continues.
