Case-5617
Case Details
Three months after open septorhinoplasty with reconstruction of the internal nasal valve using spreader grafts and outfracture of the nasal turbinates, this patient is already experiencing improved nasal airflow and a more balanced nasal appearance. The procedure corrected nasal airway obstruction by widening the internal nasal valve while preserving a natural nasal shape. Early post-operative photos also demonstrate improved nostril symmetry and support, with continued refinement expected as healing progresses over the coming months.
