This patient underwent revision cleft rhinoplasty to restore nasal symmetry, improve structural support, and refine the shape of the nose affected by a left unilateral cleft. As part of the overall reconstruction, the patient also underwent a two-stage revision of the cleft lip and cleft of the hard and soft palate. These before-and-after photos were taken one and a half years after the final stage of surgery, demonstrating mature healing, improved nasal contour, enhanced facial balance, and a natural, long-lasting result.
