Seven months after right second webspace syndactyly release and reconstruction, this young patient shows excellent healing with well-defined separation between the toes and a natural foot contour. The procedure included separation of the fused toes, reconstruction using a skin graft from the groin, and postoperative casting to protect the repair during healing. Syndactyly is a congenital condition where two or more fingers or toes are joined together, and surgical correction helps improve both function and appearance. At seven months, the reconstructed webspace is healing beautifully, with scars expected to continue softening and maturing over time.
