This before-and-after showcases the results of upper lip scar revision performed to address an upper lip deformity caused by the involution of a prior hemangioma. At 1 year and 7 months after surgery, the scar appears significantly softened, with improved upper lip contour, better symmetry, and a more natural transition between the lip and surrounding skin. The long-term result demonstrates continued scar maturation and refined facial balance.
