Following revision surgery for a right unilateral cleft lip, these before and after photos at 8 months demonstrate improved lip symmetry and a more balanced appearance at rest. Because the patient’s lips did not naturally close before revision, the procedure focused on refining the previous repair and enhancing both function and aesthetics. As healing continues, scar maturation and soft tissue remodeling are expected to further improve the final result.
