This patient is shown just two months after bilateral otoplasty to correct prominent ears. Even at this early stage of healing, the ears sit noticeably closer to the head, creating improved facial balance and a more proportionate appearance. While subtle swelling may still be present and the final result will continue to refine over the coming months, these before-and-after photos demonstrate how quickly otoplasty can achieve meaningful improvement in ear position and projection.
