Case-5585
Case Details
This patient is shown just one month after bilateral otoplasty. Even at this early stage of healing, the ears already sit noticeably closer to the head, creating improved facial balance and a less prominent appearance. Some residual swelling remains, which is expected at this point in recovery, and the final contours will continue to refine over the coming months. These early before-and-after photos highlight how quickly ear pinning surgery can produce meaningful improvements while maintaining a natural-looking result.
