This patient underwent comprehensive orthognathic surgery consisting of a bilateral sagittal split mandibular osteotomy advancement, LeFort I osteotomy setback, and osseous genioplasty to improve jaw position, facial balance, and overall facial harmony.

At one year after surgery, these before-and-after photos demonstrate improved projection of the lower face, enhanced chin position, and a more balanced relationship between the upper and lower jaws. The result is a stronger profile, improved facial proportions, and better overall harmony from both the frontal and side views.

Orthognathic jaw surgery can address skeletal imbalances that cannot be corrected with orthodontics alone, creating lasting improvements in both facial aesthetics and function.
