This patient underwent cleft lip repair combined with cleft septorhinoplasty to address both the appearance and function of the lip and nose. The reconstruction restored support to the nose, improved nasal symmetry, and refined the nasal profile while creating a more balanced lip contour. Together, these procedures enhance facial harmony while addressing the unique anatomical changes associated with a cleft lip and palate.
