This patient underwent a two-stage revision for a left unilateral cleft lip and cleft of the hard and soft palate, along with revision cleft rhinoplasty to improve the shape, symmetry, and support of the nose. Post-operative photos were one and a half years after completion of the final stage with Dr. Payne, demonstrating significant improvements in both facial balance and nasal contour.
