This patient with Treacher Collins syndrome underwent complex orthognathic surgery to address malocclusion, an anterior open bite, and retrognathia. Treatment included Le Fort I maxillary advancement, bilateral sagittal split osteotomy of the mandible, advancement genioplasty, facial bone grafting, and septoplasty. The postoperative photos show improved jaw and chin projection, facial proportions, and overall facial balance.
