This patient underwent upper and lower jaw surgery to improve jaw alignment and create more balanced facial proportions. The procedure included a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) to reposition the lower jaw and a two-piece Le Fort I osteotomy to advance the upper jaw. Maxillary osteoplasty with calcium carbonate hydroxyapatite was also part of the surgical plan. At 7 months after surgery, the photos show improved jaw positioning and a more balanced facial profile.
