This patient is shown one month after LeFort I osteotomy advancement and bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) mandibular setback. Early improvements in facial balance, profile, and jaw alignment are already visible. At this stage, postoperative swelling is still present, and the final contours will continue to refine as healing progresses over the coming months.
