These before and after photos show the results of bilateral otoplasty at two months after ear pinning surgery. Even at this early stage of healing, the ears appear noticeably closer to the head with improved symmetry and a more balanced appearance from both the front and back. Mild swelling may continue to resolve over the coming months as the final otoplasty results develop.
