This patient is shown 12 months after bilateral otoplasty performed to correct prominent ears and improve overall facial balance. By repositioning the ears closer to the head and refining their contour, the procedure created a more natural appearance while preserving normal ear anatomy. These before-and-after photos demonstrate improved symmetry, reduced ear prominence, and long-term otoplasty results that complement the patient’s facial features from multiple angles.
