Patient Details
Patient presented with congenital microtia or missing ear since birth. A two stage ear reconstruction was performed with the first stage rib cartilage carved into the ear and the second stage was elevation with the ear with skin graft behind the ear. This is a 4 years result showing that he has maintained the projection and shape of ear.
