Patient 13

Patient presented with a left unilateral cleft lip and cleft of the hard/soft palate with a nasal deformity and missing bone in the left alveolar cleft. He is also noted to have missing teeth at the cleft site. He underwent a left cleft lip revision and septorhinoplasty to improve his breathing. He also had an alveolar bone graft for which he could obtain a dental implant. He is also set up with prosthodontics to improve his smile prior to the dental implant placement. This case represents a team approach with orthodontic treatment, prosthodontics and craniofacial plastic surgeon.
